or when you go to type a question mark it comes out as É so i donèt know what the heck he did but I cant fix it. its easier to just leave them out

oh yeah so Im sitting here in pain lol... well not really its more when I move I feel pain. I went to the gym with sandy last night and probably did an hour of weights and only like 20 minutes cardio so my body felt fine yesterday adn today feels like every mm would like to die now.
